Well-versed in VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x, along with hands-on experience in storage technologies such as iSCSI, NFS, and Fibre Channel. Experienced in ITIL-based service management practices, with a relevant degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical expertise.
