Swish is building a new-age food delivery network with a rapidly expanding footprint of kitchens across India. We’re looking for a high-ownership LEA Specialist to manage licensing, external affairs, field incidents, and operational escalations across our NCR network, helping ensure business continuity across Swish locations.

This is a field-intensive role requiring someone comfortable handling incidents, engaging with authorities, and driving issues to resolution.

What You’ll Do

- Manage interactions with law enforcement, food and labour authorities, municipal bodies, licensing and regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate licensing, inspections, notices, complaints, enforcement actions, and other regulatory matters.
- Respond to on-ground incidents, local disputes, neighbourhood or landlord issues, and other escalations that may impact operations.
- Manage security and loss-prevention incidents, including theft, fraud, vandalism, asset loss, and security breaches.
- Support the resolution of rider/partner disruptions, employee-related escalations, and other operational situations that could affect business continuity.
- Conduct site-level security and risk audits, review CCTV footage and incident reports, and drive corrective actions.
- Partner with Operations, Legal, HR, Compliance,



and Security teams to stabilise incidents and restore normal operations quickly.
- Maintain incident records, identify recurring risks, and implement preventive measures.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–7 years of experience in SLP, Security, External Affairs, Government Liaison, Field Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or similar roles.
- Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Dark Stores, Warehousing, QSR, or Retail is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local law enforcement and regulatory ecosystems; existing relationships with authorities are an advantage.
- Strong investigation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High ownership, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently in a field role.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gurgaon/Noida and respond to urgent incidents.
- Fluent Hindi is essential; working proficiency in English is preferred.
