BridgeUp is a Mumbai-based fintech company that is a tech provider for banks and NBFCs. We're looking for a final-year law student to work directly with the founders on regulatory and certification work as the company scales.

What you'll work on:

- Assisting founders directly with regulatory filings, applications, and compliance documentation
- Supporting certification and process-documentation work as BridgeUp formalises internal governance and information security frameworks
- Contract review, drafting, and legal research across commercial agreements
- Exposure to fintech regulatory matters, corporate compliance, and startup legal operations

Who we're looking for:

- Final-year law student (or recently graduated), available for immediate joining
- Prior internship experience at a law firm preferred
- Strong drafting, research, and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment




- Must be able to commit to full-time, in-office hours for the duration
