ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced English Lecturer to deliver engaging instruction in English language and literature while developing students’ communication, analytical, and academic skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver engaging lectures in English language and literature.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Develop students’ communication, writing, reading, and analytical skills.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and assessment documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops,



and college activities.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
- Support examination and evaluation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

- M.A. in English from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Good classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and career development.
