About The Role:

- Job Title: Learning & Development Senior Executive
- Department / Team: HR
- Location: Chandigarh (on-site)

Job purpose: To design, develop, and execute learning interventions across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring strong execution, learner engagement, and measurable impact leveraging learning technology, data, and emerging Al tools to improve learning effectiveness and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Need Identification & Training calendar

- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) through manager discussions, performance data, and feedback inputs.
- Support annual/biannual learning calendar creation and quarterly learning plans.

2. Program design and Content Creation

- Design learning programs (behavioural, functional, leadership) using adult learning principles.
- Use Al-assisted tools (where applicable) for content ideation, quiz creation, and learning summaries under guidance.
- Develop or customize learning content: presentations, workbooks, activities, case studies, and assessments.
- Facilitate in-house learning sessions, workshops, and virtual programs where required.
- Coordinate external trainers, facilitators,



and vendors for program delivery.
- Manage session logistics: nominations, scheduling, communication, materials, and attendance tracking.

3. Training Coordination & Execution

- Arrange and manage all training sessions (online/offline), coordinate with trainers, book rooms, send invites, and provide session support.
- Manage learning-related vendors and ensure adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Prepare and send pre-assessment, post-assessment, and feedback forms;

collect responses and share reports.

4. In-house Content Creation & Materials

- Assist in creating Al-powered micro-learning and detailed workshops.
- Support initiatives like internal knowledge sharing, learning communities, podcasts, and peer learning forums.
- Ensure high learner engagement through interactive and application-based methods.

Required Qualifications:

· MBA (Completed; not pursuing) – HR specialization preferred

· Basic knowledge of LMS and learning platforms

· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience in learning content creation and AI-assisted tools

· Understanding of adult learning principles and learning design

· Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and execution skills

· Awareness of POSH & Safety training requirements

· Comfortable with facilitating training sessions and working with internal/external trainers

· Curious, creative and eager to learn and adopt new L&D; technologies
