Role Description The Learning Counsellor / Senior Learning Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. The role involves guiding prospective and existing learners through program options, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable learning paths.

Responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions (online and in-person), responding to learner inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. The role also includes collaborating with academic and sales teams to improve learner experience, supporting enrolment processes, and providing ongoing motivation and guidance throughout the learning journey.

Senior Learning





Counsellors may additionally mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Counselling and advisory skills focused on understanding learner needs, career goals, and educational background.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills for conducting effective one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple enquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, updating learner information, and reporting activity.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear guidance.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales, or learner success roles is an advantage; additional experience may be expected for the Senior Learning Counsellor level.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, including flexible hours as needed to support learner schedules.
