Summary:

This role supports the L&D; strategy with a strong focus on AI, Generative AI, technical and digital learning. The position partners with business and Technology stakeholders to identify capability needs, deliver learning programs, manage the LMS, and use Power BI and learning analytics to measure effectiveness and impact.

Primary Job Functions:

- Drive and coordinate AI, Generative AI, technical and digital learning programs.
- Partner with business leaders, Technology teams and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
- Support learning pathways, workshops, certifications and learning campaigns aligned to L&D; strategy.
- Manage learning programs end-to-end, including planning, coordination, communication, delivery, tracking and evaluation.
- Administer the LMS, including courses, learning paths, assignments, learner records, completions and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering participation, completion, engagement and learning effectiveness.
- Analyze learning data and translate results into actionable insights for L&D; and business stakeholders

Secondary Job Functions

- Support learner communications,



engagement campaigns and continuous improvement of learning experiences.
- Coordinate with external learning vendors and content providers as required.
- Monitor AI and emerging technology trends and identify relevant learning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate learning data and provide timely program updates, risks and recommendations.

Experience: 4 to 8 Years of experience in L&D; function. Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development or Technical Learning; hands-on experience driving AI/GenAI, digital or technical learning initiatives. Immediate joiners or short notice candidates strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Solid understanding of L&D; strategy, adult learning and capability development; LMS expertise; hands-on Power BI, reporting and learning analytics; strong stakeholder collaboration, communication, presentation, project management and analytical skills.
