- Act as L3 escalation point for complex Windows infrastructure issues
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and stability of Windows platforms
- Own end‑to‑end Windows infrastructure lifecycle management Active Directory & Core Services - Design, administer, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD DS) environments
- Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Administer DNS, DHCP, and domain services
- Manage FSMO roles, AD replication, and multi‑domain/forest environments Build, Patch & Security - Oversee server build, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Ensure compliance with security hardening standards and baselines
- Support vulnerability remediation and audit requirements




- Plan and execute OS upgrades and migrations
- Managing Infra using Prism Central and Prism element
- Ensure effective monitoring and alerting of Windows environments
- Analyse performance trends and proactively address capacity risks
- Coordinate with monitoring and security teams for alert optimization Incident, Problem & Change Management - Lead resolution of major incidents related to Windows infrastructure
- Perform and review Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Drive permanent fixes and preventive actions
- Review and approve change requests for Windows systems Team & Stakeholder Management - Mentor, guide, and technically enable L1/L2 administrators
- Conduct technical reviews, knowledge transfer, and training sessions
- Coordinate with network, security, application, and cloud teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and management Documentation & Compliance - Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and SLAs
- Support audits, DR drills, and business continuity activities Automation & Monitoring - Implement and maintain PowerShell automation to improve efficiency 15 years of Continuous Education.
