About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Architect – Adobe Experience Cloud with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise web platforms.

The successful candidate will provide technical and architectural leadership across the digital experience ecosystem, defining scalable and secure solutions, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery across internal teams and technology partners.

This role requires a strong combination of AEM architecture, solution design, software development governance, enterprise integration, DevOps, security, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and evolve scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing solutions across AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Lead architecture and solution-design discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, vendors, and product owners.
- Define architectural patterns, technical standards, development guidelines, and best practices for AEM and enterprise web solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across AEM Sites, Assets, components, templates, workflows, content models, caching, publishing, and deployment architectures.
- Drive architecture for AEM as a Cloud Service and modern Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
- Define and govern software development practices covering:
- Solution design
- Coding standards
- Automated testing
- CI/CD
- Release management
- Observability and monitoring
- Performance engineering
- Operational readiness
- Architect integrations between AEM/Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, identity platforms, MuleSoft, analytics, and consent-management solutions.
- Provide technical guidance for Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics,



Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Journey Optimizer.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and performance.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, impact assessments, technology evaluations, and technical risk assessments.
- Identify and address technical debt, obsolete solutions, architectural risks, and opportunities for platform optimization.
- Support production stability through complex issue analysis, root-cause analysis, and preventive remediation.
- Provide technical oversight to development teams and external technology partners, ensuring adherence to architecture and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, Architecture, and business teams in a global Agile/DevOps environment.
- Stay current with Adobe product capabilities, technology roadmaps, security developments, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in an architect, technical lead, or senior engineering role.
- Strong expertise in AEM architecture and enterprise web solutions.
- Hands-on/architectural experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, components, templates, workflows, content models, caching, publishing, and deployment patterns.
- Strong experience in solution architecture, technical design, and architecture governance.

- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on, enterprise-level AEM Solution Architect who can operate across architecture, engineering governance, integration, security, DevOps, and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable moving between high-level architecture discussions and detailed technical design, while ensuring development teams and vendors consistently follow enterprise engineering standards.
