We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-grade cross-platform mobile applications. The role requires solid hands-on development skills along with technical leadership, architecture, mentoring, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product, UX, QA, Cloud, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performance mobile applications.Key Responsibilities1.

Mobile Application

Development

- Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
- Maintain, modernize, and enhance existing Xamarin applications.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable components using C# and XAML.
- Implement and maintain MVVM-based application architecture.
- Optimize application performance, startup time, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.

2. Backend &
- API Integration

- Design and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core.
- Develop and maintain data-access and persistence layers using Entity Framework Core.




- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and integration patterns.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using technologies such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Support offline synchronization, local data storage, and push-notification functionality.

Technical

Leadership

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to mobile application developers.
- Own technical decisions related to mobile architecture, frameworks, libraries, and development practices.
- Mentor team members and improve overall engineering capabilities.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.
- Establish and promote unit testing, UI automation, code quality, and maintainability practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis.

4. DevOps &
- Release Management

- Work with Azure and Azure DevOps for source control, work management, builds, and deployments.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile application development and releases.
- Follow Git-based development and branching strategies.
- Support mobile application packaging, distribution, deployment, and release management.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- 8+ years of overall software development experience, including significant mobile development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance-optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
