Role Description

We are seeking a Lead I Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, driving architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. Drive technical architecture discussions and solution design decisions. Review code and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges and career development.

Application Development

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using ReactJS or similar frameworks.

Integrate applications with internal and external enterprise systems. Cloud & DevOps Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability. Integration & Security Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO.

Integrate enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other third-party services. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and organizational standards. Quality & Delivery Define and implement testing strategies, including unit, integration, and automated testing.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.



Monitor and troubleshoot production systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience 8+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years of technical leadership or team mentoring experience. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Technical Skills

Robust proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.

Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Experience with Git and modern development practices. Nice to Have Experience with AI/GenAI integrations and FastAPI services. ServiceNow integration experience. Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures.

Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk. Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Preferred Competencies

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

Target Profile: Senior Full Stack Developer, Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or Cloud-Native Application Lead with expertise in enterprise application development, cloud platforms, integrations, and team leadership.
