1. Job Objective
Plan and execute individual & organisation’s developmental and engagement needs to build capability of associates and align the learning agenda to overall organisation strategy
1. Primary responsibilities

Functional
Employee Engagement
1. Prepare Associate Engagement budget.
2. Preparation of yearly Engagement calendar and execution of calendar as per plan
3. Execution of Associate Engagement Survey
4. Cascading of Engagement Survey Outcome & prepare the subsequent action plan in collaboration with respective functional/departmental heads
5. Maintain connect with associates through role specific critical touchpoints.
6. Ensure implementation of HR and PULSE Connect Sessions as per plan
Rewards and Recognition
1. Driving R&R; Systems as per ACG R&R; framework.
HR Operations
1.
Updating & maintaining associates data on the online platform/system
2. Support associates on attendance, payroll and leave related queries
3. Issuance of confirmation letters as per timelines
4. Sharing salary input file with Compex team on monthly basis
Internal process
1. Effective maintenance of scorecards & trackers - Maintain various trackers on weekly / monthly basis. as per Plant/Corporate/Central requirements.
2. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Setting Management System - ISO14001-2015 / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO45001-2018, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR.
