Role Description: Business Development Executive will support the growth of Immidart’s Global Mobility technology solutions through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential corporate clients, assisting with lead generation, helping prepare presentations and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The intern will coordinate with internal teams to understand product offerings, gather client requirements, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and events.

This is an internship role, based on-site in Bengaluru South, requiring regular collaboration with the business development and marketing teams. The intern will gain exposure to enterprise technology sales, partnership development, and the Global Mobility domain.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in managing the proposal, commercial documentation, and agreement lifecycle, while working closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and clients.

• Create and customize client proposals, pricing documents, and solution decks

• Translate business requirements into clear commercial and scope documents

• Draft and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, subscription agreements, and other contracts

• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance teams for approvals

• Support commercial negotiations and deal closures
