Your impact

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing modern cloud-based data platforms using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, Dataflows, Semantic Models, and OneLake, with a deep understanding of Fabric's end-to-end analytics architecture.
- Extensive experience with Databricks for building scalable, high-performance data solutions using PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows, and Structured Streaming.
- Design, develop, and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems.
- Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), performance tuning, and database design best practices.
- Experience architecting and managing Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
- Advanced knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and external systems through REST APIs, Web Services, Event Streaming, and other modern integration patterns.




- Understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Lineage concepts.
- Strong knowledge of data security practices, including data encryption, masking, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau with the ability to support semantic modeling and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior data engineers.
- Drive best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, observability, and automated testing within data engineering projects.
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.

Here's what you'll need
- 10–12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Big Data, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
