Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable AI/GenAI and data solutions.

Build and implement Agentic AI and RAG-based applications.

Develop AI/ML solutions using Python.

Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Define architecture for data ingestion, processing, storage, and AI workloads.

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of AI platforms.

Must-Have Skills

AI Engineering: Strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions and production-grade AI applications.

Agentic AI:



Experience building AI agents, autonomous workflows, tool/function calling, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based decision-making workflows.

Generative AI: Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, fine-tuning, embeddings, model evaluation, and GenAI application development.

RAG: Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and grounding LLM responses.
