The company offers a complete financial services spectrum ranging from equity, equity derivatives, Commodities derivatives, Depository services, Insurance broking, Currency derivatives and distribution of mutual funds.

Today the company employees about 375 people. It has its own office in Ahmedabad and Corporate Office is in Agra. It is among top 5 companies in MCX and among top 50 companies in NSE. Role Description

- Lead the content team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of quality content.
- Plan, create, edit, and manage content across blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, emails, reports, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
- Create easy, accurate, and engaging content on equity markets, mutual funds, trading, personal finance,
- investments, and related topics.




- Develop and review marketing copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, emails, websites, and social media.
- Build and optimize landing pages to improve engagement, SEO performance, and conversions.
- Guide the team on SEO, including keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, content structure, and content updates.
- Monitor content and SEO performance and use insights to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and
- conversions.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, content quality, accuracy, and readability across all channels.
- Work closely with marketing, SEO, performance marketing, creative, social media, CRM, and other teams to
- support campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, review deliverables, and ensure quality and timely execution.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure all content is delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Devote approximately 80% of the role to content creation and strategy, and 20% to collaborating with SEO and performance marketing agencies, reviewing work quality, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- MBA with Finance & Marketing/ Marketing communication/ B.A. (Honours) in English
- Minimum 6 years of exp. with a strong emphasis on copywriting.
