- Support and progressively take ownership of work in M&A; and PE/VC transactions and Retainership assignments
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating key transaction documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, etc.)
- Handle general corporate and advisory work
- Conduct legal research and due diligence, with a focus on accuracy and commercial relevance
- Work closely with senior team members to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
- Coordinate with founders, investors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables with a strong eye for detail and quality

- Experience: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, M&A;, or VC/PE transactions
- Solid Fundamentals: Solid grounding in corporate and transaction law with the ability to apply concepts practically
