Role Description This is a full time, on-site Landscape Architect role based in the Pune Division.

The Landscape

Architect will design and plan farmhouse NA and agricultural plotting layouts, integrating natural features, contours, and views for projects across the Rajgad region. Daily responsibilities include preparing conceptual and detailed landscape designs, developing planting plans, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure designs are practical, sustainable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. The role involves site visits for assessments, measurements, and supervision of landscaping execution, along with preparing drawings, 3D views,



and presentation materials for internal reviews and client meetings.

The Landscape

Architect will also contribute to design standards, support nature-first development strategies, and help optimize outdoor spaces for both aesthetics and usability.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design, with experience in residential, farmhouse, or land development projects.
- Proficiency in Landscape Planning and Landscaping, including site analysis, grading concepts, and outdoor space organization.
- Ability to develop detailed Planting Plans, with understanding of local flora, soil conditions, and sustainable planting practices.
- Relevant degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field, with knowledge of urban and rural planning principles.
- Experience using design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and comfort with preparing construction-ready drawings.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and readiness to conduct regular on-site visits in and around Pune Division.
- Familiarity with sustainable design, environmental best practices, and basic local regulatory requirements for land and landscape development.
