Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Landscape Designer role located in Bengaluru.

The Landscape

Designer will develop creative and practical landscape concepts, prepare detailed planting plans, and design hardscape elements such as pathways, patios, and outdoor structures. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, surveying sites, creating design drawings and layouts, and selecting appropriate plants and materials based on climate, aesthetics, and maintenance needs. The role involves coordinating with installation and maintenance teams, ensuring designs are implemented as planned, and making adjustments based on client feedback and site conditions.

Designer will also support project documentation, cost estimates,



and adherence to safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Design and Landscaping, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical, attractive outdoor spaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture, including site planning, spatial organization, and integration of built and natural elements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planting Plans, including plant selection, layout design, and knowledge of local species, soil, and climate conditions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hardscape design, such as pathways, seating areas, decks, and other structural features that complement planting schemes.
- Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., CAD software or landscape design software) and basic project documentation skills.
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and maintainability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, vendors, and in office teams.
- Ability to work on-site in varying outdoor conditions and manage multiple projects within timelines.
