?‍? Kitchen Helper – Job Profile Position: Kitchen Helper / Kitchen Assistant Work Location: D-SPOT KITCHEN, Vishrantwadi, Pune Main Responsibilities: ? Cutting, washing and preparing vegetables ? Cleaning and basic preparation of chicken and other ingredients ? Assisting the Chinese cook during food preparation ? Helping with rice, biryani and basic kitchen prep ? Keeping chopped vegetables, sauces and ingredients ready ? Cleaning kitchen platform, utensils and equipment ?️ Helping with dishwashing and maintaining the washing area ? Receiving and properly storing vegetables, groceries and supplies ?️ Proper garbage disposal and maintaining kitchen hygiene ? Keeping floors and work areas clean throughout the shift ? Informing the cook/manager when ingredients or supplies are running low ⚡ Supporting the kitchen team during rush hours and online orders Candidate Profile: Preferably 6 months–2 years of restaurant/kitchen experience. Should be hardworking, punctual, hygienic, able to follow the cook's instructions and comfortable working during busy periods.
