Role Description As a Key Account Representative intern at Nootie, based on-site in New Delhi, you will support the management of key retail and partner accounts connected with The Pet Point ecosystem. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the store level. You will help track sales performance, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill account needs.





The role also involves supporting customer service activities in-store, collecting feedback, and contributing to training and educational efforts for staff and customers on products and services. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in key account management within the pet care retail sector.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and support key accounts, with skills in Account Management and basic Sales activities.
- Solid Customer Service orientation, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Comfort assisting with Training activities for staff or partners on products, services, and store procedures.
- Interest in the pet care industry and willingness to learn about pet products, grooming, and veterinary services.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship/part-time experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
