Position: Junior Ticketing Executive

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage international and domestic flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus / Galileo
- Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and ticketing policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in ticketing within the travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and others
- Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and refund procedures.




- Solid communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- IATA certification is preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:
- IATA certification or any relevant travel and tourism qualification
- Experience working with any GDS platform as mentioned above
