Role Description The Junior Sales role at ParaFit India is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining ParaFit’s customized diet plans, and guiding them through the subscription process. The junior sales team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and provide basic product information.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the sales system, supporting senior sales staff, and coordinating with nutrition and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.



The role also includes learning and applying sales techniques, participating in training sessions, and contributing to sales targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their queries.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and basic negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills or the ability to learn sales processes and support structured sales activities.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in health, fitness, or nutrition services is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in South Delhi, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple customer interactions each day.
- Comfort with using digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication apps) and maintaining accurate records.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
