Veavoy is looking for a Junior Sales & Operations Associate to support the growth of our B2B business across inclusive apparel, corporate gifting, lifestyle and customized products.

This is an independent, commission-based chance for someone who is proactive, confident in communication and interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, business development and business operations.

What you'll doSales & Business Development

- Research and identify potential B2B customers
- Reach out to corporates, retailers, institutions, event companies and gifting businesses
- Connect with HR, Procurement, Admin and corporate gifting teams
- Make calls and conduct WhatsApp/LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule meetings and present Veavoy products
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into orders
- Develop wholesale, corporate and bulk-order opportunities

Operations

- Coordinate with customers, manufacturers and vendors
- Track samples, orders, production and dispatch
- Maintain lead, quotation and order records
- Follow up on payments and deliveries
- Support smooth execution of confirmed B2B orders

Who we're looking for
- ? Must be based in Coimbatore
- Freshers / 0–2 years of experience welcome




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making calls and approaching new businesses
- Organized and good at follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Excel/Google Sheets
- Willing to meet clients when required
- Proactive, responsible and eager to learn
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

CompensationIndependent Commission-Based Engagement

- No fixed monthly salary
- Performance-based commission on successfully converted B2B orders
- Commission structure and terms will be discussed during the selection process
