Allpak Packaging has been providing corrugated and mono carton solutions for over 25 years to leading food and consumer brands across India. Operating from a fully integrated factory in Vapi with 30+ advanced machines, the company manages auto-corrugation, printing, die-cutting, gluing, and stitching in-house, supported by dedicated quality control labs. Allpak designs packaging for frozen, chilled, and ambient conditions, serving sectors such as dairy, FMCG, food export, pharma, and electronics.

Role Description The Junior Manager Corrugation will oversee day-to-day corrugation operations, ensuring efficient machine running, optimum output, and adherence to quality standards in line with customer specifications. This role will coordinate production planning, monitor material usage and waste, and support preventive maintenance activities for corrugation machinery.

The Junior

Manager will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and maintain safety and compliance on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include supervising operators and helpers, tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and supporting timely order execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Allpak Packaging’s factory in Damanganga,



Vapi.

Qualifications

- A candidate should possess foundational knowledge of corrugation processes, box manufacturing, and basic packaging materials, ideally with exposure to FMCG or food packaging.
- A candidate should possess skills in production planning, workflow coordination, and monitoring of productivity, quality, and wastage on the shop floor.
- A candidate should possess abilities in equipment oversight, basic troubleshooting, and collaboration with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- A candidate should possess familiarity with quality checks, adherence to ISO standards, and use of basic data or reports to support continuous improvement.
- A candidate should possess robust communication, teamwork, and people management skills to supervise staff and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in corrugation or packaging manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site factory work, willingness to work in shifts as required, and commitment to safety and compliance are beneficial.
