Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Interior Designer role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Junior Interior

Designer will support senior designers in developing interior concepts for commercial and residential projects, including space planning and layout design. Daily responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, assisting with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves site visits for measurements and progress checks, updating project documentation,



and collaborating with the project manager to meet timelines and quality standards.

The Junior Interior

Designer is expected to contribute creative ideas while adhering to brand, budget, and functional requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and layout optimization for commercial and residential environments.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and detail drawings for execution.
- Experience or training in FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail, strong visual and aesthetic sense, and ability to follow design guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Willingness to visit project sites regularly within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
