? We're Hiring: Junior Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript · Next.js/React · NestJS · PostgreSQL)
? Fully Remote (India) | Full-time | 1–2 years experience | Multiple openings
We're building a B2B sales intelligence platform — email finding, verification, company/skilled lookup, and map-based prospecting for sales and growth teams.
Join a small, senior-led engineering team and work across the whole stack — from the Next.js app customers use every day, to the NestJS API and PostgreSQL database behind it. This is hands-on from week one: you'll see a feature from API contract through to the screen a customer clicks.
What you'll do
✅Ship features end to end — design the endpoint, model the data, build the UI, write the tests, and see it through to production.
✅Build the product surface in Next.js and React: dashboards, search and lookup flows, bulk upload and verification screens, and interactive map-based search.
✅Build and extend REST APIs in NestJS — validated DTOs, service-layer business logic, and Prisma queries against PostgreSQL.
✅Write tests that matter — unit and component tests with Vitest, API and endpoint tests with Jest. Tests are part of the change, not an afterthought.
✅Work to a real engineering standard: strict TypeScript with no any , zero-warning lint, formatted code, and a green validation gate before anything is pushed.
✅Live with our CI/CD pipeline — every push runs lint, type checks, tests, migration checks, builds and security scans in GitHub Actions. You will keep it green, read the failures, and add jobs as the code grows.
✅Help ship and operate what you build: Dockerised services, environment configuration,
and automated deployments to AWS.
✅Take code review seriously — give it, receive it, and learn fast from it.
Our stack:
- Frontend — Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript (strict), Tailwind CSS v4, MapLibre GL, Vitest
- Backend — NestJS 11, TypeScript (strict), Prisma ORM, Zod & class-validator, Jest, Swagger / OpenAPI
- Data — PostgreSQL with PostGIS for geospatial search, Prisma migrations
- Auth — JWT access tokens, rotating httpOnly refresh cookies, OAuth 2.0 with PKCE (Google, Microsoft)
- CI/CD — GitHub Actions — lint, typecheck, unit/e2e tests, coverage gates, migration checks, npm audit , CodeQL, Docker image publishing with Trivy scans, automated deploys
- Infrastructure — Docker, AWS (ECS, RDS, ALB, SES), Terraform, Git & GitHub
- AI tooling — Claude Code, Antigravity, Codex, Cursor — used daily, with human review as the final word
You are not expected to know all of this on day one. You are expected to be genuinely comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and SQL — and eager to pick up the rest.
What we're looking for:
?1–2 years of full-stack development experience
?Solid JS/TypeScript fundamentals (async/await, modules, types over guesswork)
?Practical React experience (components, hooks, state, forms, API calls.
Next.js is a strong plus.)
?Experience building REST APIs (NestJS, Express, or similar)
?Some exposure to CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
?You should understand what a build pipeline is for and be able to read a failing job.
?Working knowledge of SQL and relational modelling; any ORM experience counts.
?Comfortable with Git in a team — branches, pull requests, reviews.
?Clear written English and the self-discipline to work remotely: you communicate early, ask good questions, and report honestly.
?Hands-on with AI-assisted dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Antigravity), We use them daily and expect you to, while owning and understanding every line you ship.
What we offer:
? ₹1.8 - 2.4 LPA, salary, based on skills and interview performance
? Fully remote within India, flexible hours
? Real mentorship — code review from senior engineers, documented engineering standards
? Ownership from day one — small team, visible impact, no layers between your work and the customer
Modern tooling, provided — AI coding assistants, a fully automated CI/CD pipeline, and a stack kept current rather than a legacy codebase you are asked to babysit.
How to apply:
Email
[email protected] with subject line: Junior Full-Stack Developer – [Your Name]
Attach your résumé + GitHub/portfolio links, and in 3–4 sentences tell us about one thing you built — what it does, what was hard, and what you'd do differently now.
(That last part is what we read first — applications without it are easy to miss.)
Thank you.
