Role Description The Junior Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Junior

Engineer will support senior engineering staff in planning, supervising, and executing residential and commercial construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with site inspections, monitoring work progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role will also involve reviewing drawings and specifications, maintaining project documentation, and supporting basic project reporting and communication.



This position provides hands-on experience on active sites and opportunities to grow into more advanced engineering responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of civil or structural engineering principles and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, site plans, and specifications.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control standards.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for tracking site activities and project data.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with site teams, contractors, and supervisors.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
