Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist to join our IVF laboratory team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in reproductive medicine and work in a high-precision, patient-centric setting. You will assist in day-to-day lab procedures while ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

- Assist in routine embryology laboratory procedures including: Semen analysis and preparation Oocyte handling and sperm processing Preparation of culture dishes and media

- Support senior embryologists during IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfer procedures

- Maintain strict laboratory protocols, hygiene, and sterile techniques

- Monitor and record lab data accurately using lab management systems





- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of samples

- Follow regulatory and ethical guidelines in all lab operations

Requirements

- Master's degree in Clinical Embryology

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled lab environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to travel across as an when required
