About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Editor to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, and is passionate about creating engaging content for digital, social media, and advertising campaigns.

You will work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and account teams to produce high-quality video and multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit video content for digital campaigns, social media, commercials, and branded content.
- Assemble raw footage into compelling stories that align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Add basic motion graphics, transitions, text, sound effects, and music where required.
- Perform color correction, audio balancing, and basic visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams throughout the production process.
- Organize and manage media files, project assets, and version control.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Stay updated with editing trends, social media formats,



and emerging creative techniques.
- Support senior editors during larger productions and campaign executions.

Required Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an advertising, media, or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Knowledge of After effects software is mandatory

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Knowledge of social media content formats for Instagram, meta, google and other digital platforms.
- Basic animation or motion graphics skills.
- Understanding of AI-powered editing tools and creative workflows is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with a passion for advertising and visual storytelling.
