Role Description The Junior Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves assisting senior engineers with drawings, calculations, and technical documentation, as well as coordinating with contractors and project teams on-site. Daily responsibilities include monitoring work progress, checking compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and helping resolve technical issues during construction.

The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining project records,



and contributing to quality control and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills
- Ability to work effectively within teams of Civil Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional project stakeholders
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource coordination, and site activity management
- Basic understanding of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design concepts
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- Proficiency with engineering design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software)
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and relevant building codes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for reporting, documentation, and site coordination
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to a fast-paced project environment
