Junior Architect

Imagine spaces. Develop designs. Bring ideas to life.

Why this role exists

At Zolo, the experience of a property begins much before a customer walks through the door.

The way a room is planned, how common spaces come together, the materials and finishes used, the lighting, furniture, façade, and overall visual experience all influence how a property feels and functions.

As Zolo continues to develop co-living spaces, hotels, and other hospitality properties, we need strong design execution from the earliest stage of a project through final documentation and execution.

This role exists to support the development of spaces from site understanding and initial concepts to planning, visualization, detailing, and execution.

A strong Junior Architect will help us:

- Develop functional and visually appealing hospitality spaces
- Translate design ideas into clear plans, drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Make thoughtful choices around materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Ensure designs are practical and aligned with project requirements
- Take designs smoothly from concept to execution

If this role is strong, design ideas translate into spaces that are functional, practical, and visually strong. If this role is weak, designs remain incomplete, details get missed, revisions increase, and execution becomes difficult.

Your mandate is clear

- Understand the site, brief, and project requirements
- Develop space plans and architectural/interior design concepts
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations
- Prepare accurate drawings and design documentation
- Develop materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements
- Coordinate revisions and support design execution on ground

This is not just a drafting role. You will be expected to think through the design and help take it from an idea to an executable space.
