Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural projects across hospitality, commercial, residential, and heritage restoration sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, supporting design documentation, and coordinating with senior team members to refine design solutions. The role involves conducting site visits, gathering measurements, helping with material and product research,



and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

The Junior

Architect will also assist with basic project coordination tasks, such as updating project timelines and organizing design reviews. This is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or coordination platforms.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking tasks.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in heritage conservation and context-sensitive design, especially within Varanasi or similar urban environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
