About the Role

Arete Design Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architectural design team. The candidate will assist in the design and development of residential, group housing, and commercial projects from concept to detailed working drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and basic presentations using SketchUp.
- Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, and Photoshop edits.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Assist senior architects in design development and project documentation.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and design consistency.
- Coordinate with consultants and project teams whenever required.




- Incorporate design revisions and client feedback into drawings.
- Participate in site visits and understand in office execution requirements.

Required Skills

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- Photoshop – Mandatory
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or equivalent qualification.
