Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Pune City.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and assisting with interior layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating on design reviews, producing and revising CAD and 3D models, preparing presentations and documentation, and coordinating with consultants to ensure accurate integration of structural and services inputs. The role also involves contributing to project schedules, supporting basic project management activities, and ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural tools and workflows, such as using design software and integrating multiple digital formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic task coordination, time management, and documentation to support project delivery.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification, with a strong academic portfolio.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio workplace, communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Understanding of local building regulations, codes, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in an architectural or interior design firm in any sector is beneficial.
