We are hiring a Junior AI Engineer with robust software engineering fundamentals to build and operate production-grade AI systems.

This role requires more than LLM API integration. You should be comfortable working across AI systems, backend engineering, databases, APIs, infrastructure and production debugging.

What You’ll Do

- Build AI-powered backend services, APIs and multi-step agent workflows.
- Work on tool use, context engineering, memory, retrieval, structured outputs and state management for long-running AI workflows.
- Build reliable execution with validation, retries, fallbacks, testing and failure recovery.
- Work with databases, caching, queues, asynchronous processing and external integrations.
- Debug and improve real production systems across AI, application and backend layers.

Requirements

- 1+ years of professional software / backend / AI engineering experience.




- Must have worked on production or enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong Python, API development and backend engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis/caching, async programming and background workers/queues.
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, agents/tool calling, context engineering and memory systems.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Linux, Git, CI/CD, testing, logging and observability.
- Ability to read and debug TypeScript/JavaScript-based applications and integrations.
- Strong debugging and engineering judgment knowing when to use an LLM and when deterministic code is the correct solution.
