Role Description The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating financial records, supporting monthly close processes, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with basic tax and compliance documentation. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to gather financial data, helping prepare reports for management,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi, requiring consistent presence at the office to collaborate with the finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Foundational accounting skills in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and basic financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to understand and apply basic taxation, compliance, and invoicing principles.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with finance, operations, and management.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new systems, and grow within a fast-paced packaging business environment.
