We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting operations, financial reporting, MIS preparation, reconciliations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software , and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.

Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain accurate customer and vendor accounts.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents. Prepare management reports using Microsoft Excel. Analyze accounting data and highlight discrepancies or variances.

Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Coordinate with the Senior Accountant during month-end closing activities. Support audit requirements and provide relevant financial records when needed.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.





Required Skills 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Good understanding of accounting principles and concepts. Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software. Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience preparing MIS reports and analyzing financial data. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in MIS reporting and reconciliation activities. Knowledge of month-end closing and basic audit support.
