About the Role

We are looking for a Jr. Brand Partnerships Executive who is enthusiastic about brands, influencer marketing, and building strong business relationships. You’ll work closely with the partnerships team to identify potential brands, support outreach, coordinate campaigns, and help drive recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential brands and business opportunities.
- Reach out to brands through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand representatives.
- Understand brand requirements and coordinate internally to develop suitable proposals.
- Assist in preparing pitches, presentations, and campaign proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a regular communication pipeline.




- Coordinate with the campaign and influencer teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, proposals, and conversions.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging brands.

- What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or client servicing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with brands and clients.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of social media and influencer marketing is a plus.
