Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Srinagar.

The Job

Title role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support educational content, learner engagement, and platform initiatives aligned with Unacademy’s mission.

Responsibilities may include planning and executing daily tasks that contribute to course delivery, learner support, data-driven improvements, and operational efficiency. The role will require maintaining high standards of quality,



communicating clearly with internal stakeholders, and adapting to evolving educational and business needs.

Qualifications

- Possess strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with educators and internal teams.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and basic reporting.
- Exhibit organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Show adaptability and learning agility, with openness to new tools, technologies, and educational methodologies.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Education, Engineering, Business, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education, operations, or a related domain is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in Srinagar and aligning with Unacademy’s values of inclusivity, learner-first mindset, and ethical conduct.
