Key requirements are
1.Graduation and Post-Graduation, MBA preferred
- Experience of 10-14 years (Min 7 years in Telecom)
3.Industry Preferred : FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, DTH and Consumer durables
- Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets
- Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre
- Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls
- Obtain permissions required for project execution
- Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity
- Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback
- Manage, coach and motivate team members
