We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Jewellery Consultant to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience while driving sales and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Relationship Management

- Welcome and assist clients with a personalized luxury retail experience.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Styling

- Develop in-depth knowledge of Polki, diamond, gold, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, heritage, and value to customers.
- Provide styling recommendations for weddings, festive occasions, and special events.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and new collections.

Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize customer value.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to revenue growth.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Store Operations

- Ensure jewellery displays are well-presented and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness, ambience, and visual merchandising.
- Support in-store events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Process billing and customer transactions accurately using POS systems.

Inventory Management

- Assist in receiving, tagging, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–6 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of jewellery, gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and luxury retail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with luxury or premium jewellery brands.
- Robust styling and client relationship management skills.
- Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and jewellery.
