Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong programming experience in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
- Frontend development experience with React or Angular.
- REST API design and development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of SRE concepts, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets and availability.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
- Hands-on experience in production troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience in analysing application logs, performance metrics, API latency, and system failures.
- Scripting experience using Python, Shell, or Bash.





Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Distributed tracing experience using Jaeger or Zipkin.
- Performance testing experience using JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust.
- Understanding of JVM profiling, memory leaks, CPU bottlenecks, slow database queries, and API latency.
- Experience with service-mesh technologies.

- Strong combination of full-stack application development and production reliability experience.
- Capable of owning applications from development through production support.
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable participating in incident response and on-call support.
