- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Experience with Windows 10/11 device management,



configuration profiles, and security baselines. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). 2 Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune and Autopilot-related incidents. 3 Experience with packaging and deploying Win32 apps in Intune will be an added advantage. 4 Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. 5 Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
