We are looking for a detail-oriented ITI Electrical Engineer to support the assembly, wiring, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in our surgical robotic platforms. The role involves hands-on assembly, quality-driven testing, and close collaboration with design and quality teams to ensure electrical components meet the high precision and safety standards required in medical robotics.
Key Responsibilities 1. Assemble, install, and wire electrical panels, control systems, and cable harnesses for robotic surgical devices.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit layouts.
- Perform continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and basic troubleshooting of electrical faults.
- Support integration of sensors, motors, actuators, and PCB assemblies into robotic sub-systems.
- Conduct routine inspection, calibration, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain documentation for assembly processes, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Follow ISO 13485 / medical device quality and safety protocols during assembly and testing.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electronics, and quality teams for smooth product build-up.
- Ensure compliance with ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols while handling sensitive components.
Required Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or testing.

Competencies 1. Robust understanding of basic electrical circuits, wiring standards, and safety practices.
- Hands-on experience with multimeters, soldering, crimping tools, and cable harnessing.
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical BOMs.
- Basic knowledge of control panels, relays, sensors, and low-voltage systems.
- Attention to detail and precision, given the medical-grade nature of the product.
