We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering IT software development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and status updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide timely reports to stakeholders, highlighting any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct project meetings, facilitate discussions, and manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, specifications, and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
- Foster a cooperative and positive team environment,

- Continuously evaluate project processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the IT software and solutions domain.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Ability to effectively manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
