We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Manager to manage and oversee the complete IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall IT infrastructure, hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve laptop, desktop and system-related issues
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain networking equipment and connectivity
- Manage CCTV/camera systems and related IT infrastructure
- Handle installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware/software
- Ensure smooth functioning of all office IT systems
- Manage IT vendors, AMC/service providers and technical support
- Provide timely technical support to employees
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Lead the IT team and ensure quick resolution of day-to-day issues

Candidate Profile:




- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure/support
- Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with CCTV, internet connectivity, desktops/laptops and IT infrastructure
- Good vendor and team management skills
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
