Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to source and engage candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and source relevant IT candidates.

- Search and identify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.

- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.

- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/database.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for interview feedback.

- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.

- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and achieve assigned hiring targets.

Required Skills





- 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.

- Freshers with relevant recruitment internship experience can also be considered.

- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and job profiles.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred IT Hiring Exposure

Candidates with exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data, Salesforce, etc. will be preferred.

Education

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is an advantage.
