- Coordinate placement activities for students across various IT technologies.
- Connect with IT companies, HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers to identify job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for regular hiring requirements.
- Source and collect job openings suitable for students and freshers.
- Understand company requirements and identify suitable student profiles.
- Share relevant student resumes with recruiters and HR teams.
- Coordinate interviews, technical rounds, HR rounds, and recruitment drives.
- Schedule interviews and ensure students attend the recruitment process.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview results and selection status.
- Maintain student placement records and regularly update placement trackers.
- Guide students regarding job opportunities,

- Maintain regular communication with placed and shortlisted students.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports.
- Achieve placement targets and improve the number of company tie-ups and student placements.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Placement Coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies.
- Positive network with IT recruiters and HR professionals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
