About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects for our SaaS platform. In this role, you will manage projects from requirement gathering through development, testing, and release, ensuring timely delivery, effective collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. If you have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Lead software projects from requirement gathering to deployment and release. Capture business requirements, define project scope, and document acceptance criteria. Break down requirements into user stories and actionable tasks.

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, priorities, and dependencies. Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, product teams, and stakeholders. Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.

Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines and deliverables.

Facilitate

Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews,



and retrospectives. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and risk assessments. Support UAT, release readiness, and go-live activities.

Required Skills &

Experience 23 years of experience in Software Project Management, Delivery, Implementation, or PMO roles. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working closely with software development and QA teams. Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage project dependencies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Jira, Zoho Sprints, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
